This is me near the beginning of my mindfulness journey. Just month's before, I lost my mom suddenly to breast cancer. She was just 55.

Q: Is there a set schedule I need to follow?

A: This course is pre-recorded and so it is a 'go at your own pace' style course. You could do one module per day (each module will take you somewhere around 10 - 20 mins) , or maybe commit to 3 or 4 per week if you're schedule is a bit more full.


Q: What if I feel like I don't have enough time in the day?

A: Within the course I address this challenge and provide simple ways to find an extra few minutes in your day. Each module is no more than 20 minutes. After the course you'll only need 5 minutes a day to sustain your habits. You'll be shocked at how quickly a few minutes add up!


Q: I've tried mindfulness once but it didn't really work for me.

A: This is like saying "I tried exercising once but it didn't work." In order to see positive change, we have to be consistent. Good news. strategies for consistency are outlined in the course too ;)
